StratOS v2: organization as a constrained conversion system
StratOS v2 is a constraint-aware organizational model for testing whether the organization that exists can reach a strategic commitment without exhausting the people, finance, time, and risk capacity required to deliver it.
Commitment review
The commitment review compares a required future configuration with the organization’s evidenced current position, reachable position, cycle time, and shared constraint envelope. It asks two distinct questions: can the calendar trajectory reach the goal, and can the feasible trajectory reach it before a binding constraint ends the available runway?
The interactive decision library includes cutoff-safe commitment packets for Target Canada, Adobe Creative Cloud, Domino's global growth goals, and Ford Model e. Later evidence remains in a separate hindsight layer for every selection.
The interactive scenario uses an illustrative 15-month commitment to enter Canada. It demonstrates the mechanics of the model and is not an assessment of Target or any other company.
Six conversion systems
StratOS represents an organization as six coupled systems. Each system converts an input into an externally meaningful result, learns from that result, and feeds the next organizational cycle.

Shared constraint envelope
The six systems do not move independently. They draw from a shared envelope of people, finance, time, and risk tolerance. Increasing the speed of one conversion can move its calendar trajectory forward while making its feasible trajectory worse by overloading the organization elsewhere.
How the model works
Each conversion holds an internal–external tension and moves through an Author, Implement, Verify, and Adjust cycle. The model compares the observed cycle with a prospective next cycle, maps the resulting constraint load, and evaluates whether the organization converges on the required configuration within the commitment window.
The current interactive surface is a scenario prototype. It makes the mechanics of capacity-aware strategy execution inspectable; it does not claim a completed client assessment or measured operating outcome.
